NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Decorfur reserves the right to deny future orders.

For our products which are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.



Your purchase is eligible for return/exchange only if it meets the following criteria:

1. Our return policy is applicable within 1 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, genuine manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. 2. All our products are made handmade by artisans , one at time ,making each piece unique, due to which slight variation may occur. Minor scratches can not be considered as defect and will not be applicable for a return/refund.
3.Once a product is delivered to the customer, we offer an exchange policy. Customers can request an exchange, and the new product will be delivered within 60 days after raising the complaint within 24 hrs.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for products once they have been delivered. Our policy strictly allows for exchanges only

If you receive a defective / incorrect product please get in touch with us in 24 hrs of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and an unboxing video and share us on 


1. On receiving your complaint, Decorfur shall verify the authenticity and the nature of complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, Decorfur will start initiating the replacement process immediately.

    In order to exchange the product we are required to comply with the below mentioned product:
    1. Please notify Decorfur of receipt of damaged/defective/incorrect product with in 12 hrs of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 12 hrs Decorfur will not be liable for the failure to replace the product.
    2. Products have to be unused.
    3. Products has to be returned in original packing and once it reaches our warehouse and a check is done by our internal team, we will start the process of refund/exchange
    4. Pickup will be arranged by Decorfur.
    5. The returned product is subject to verification and checks by Decorfur in order to check the legitimacy of the complaint only after which we will initiate the exchange/refund process.


      1. In case on non availability of the product you will be informed and you will receive a store credit in return.
      2. We request you to look at the product specifications and see if the wished product fits perfectly in your place
      3. All sales are final.
      4. All glass items are handcrafted in nature and may come with some bubbles which will not be considered as a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for returns.
      5. There is no warranty on any of our products 

        We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to update, to change any part of shipping, cancellations or return and exchange policy. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically.
